  • Reiki
    Reiki is a very specific form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.” In a Reiki session, the practitioner is seeking to transmit Universal Life Energy to the client. The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing.
  • Reflexology
    Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.
  • Swedish Massage
    Swedish massage is a gentle type of full-body massage that’s ideal for people who: 1. Are new to massage 2. Have a lot of tension 3. Are sensitive to touch It can help release muscle knots, and it’s also a good choice for when you want to fully relax during a massage. The massage therapist will use a combination of: 1. Kneading 2. Long, flowing strokes in the direction of the heart 3. Deep circular motions 4. Vibration and tapping 5. Passive joint movement techniques
  • Neuromuscular Massage
    Neuromuscular therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. This medically-oriented form of massage addresses trigger points (tender muscles points), circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries.
  • Orthopedic Massage
    Orthopedic massage therapy is a particular kind of massage, focused on soft-tissue injury rehabilitation. Goals for an orthopedic massage session typically include decreasing pain, increasing range of motion, and preparing the body to return to normal daily routines and active hobbies
